Tim Swain - International Operation Manager - East

Tim is a SAP Certified MM and PM Consultant of 9 years and has worked in Maintenance industry for 12 years. He has been with MSS in Australia for 5 years and has grown the NSW and Victorian Areas over this time, as well as providing consultancy across the mining, processing, manufacturing and government industry sectors.

Tim’s current role is to oversee MSS's expansion into North America and conduct high level Audits and consulting to Maintenance Organisations.

 

Arron Jenkins - International Operation Manager - West

Arron has worked across a variety of utilities, manufacturing and mining industries across Australia and the U.S. Recently he has been focused on not only business growth outside Australia but creating a software development team specialising in supporting the shutdown industry.

He started his career in the Iron Ore mines of the Pilbara in W.A, working on all areas of the operations from mine to port including utilities.  Arron has further worked in other areas of mining that include Nickel, coal, mineral sands and gold and further went on to the defence industry as well as for major mobile plant OEM’s.

 

Brendan Corley - Regional Manager - Western Australia

Brendan is the Western Australian Regional Manager and has been with MSS for 3 years. Brendan has worked in the mining, processing and food industry since 1991 where he has gained working knowledge across various minerals including gold, nickel, gas, iron ore and mineral sands.

Brendan has a trade background as a Mechanical Fitter and has worked his way through the chains of command to once be a Planning Superintendent at BHP.

Brendan is currently ensuring that MSS meets the needs of his current clients and employees as well as looking at opportunities to expand MSS with new clients and help them with their requirements.

 

Geoff Boon - Regional Manager - Queensland

Geoff has worked in maintenance for 28 years in the manufacturing, marine, mining, power generation, food, utilities, mineral and metal processing industries in Australia and New Zealand. Geoff has a trade background as a Fitter and Turner which is complemented with an Engineering Certificate and Graduate Diploma in Maintenance Management. This has led him to hold various management roles in maintenance. He has extensive experience in asset management, business process, auditing, reliability, planning and scheduling. He has 6 years consulting experience with assisting clients to develop the maintenance function of their business including the utilisation of their CMMS systems.

Geoff is a Mainpac and SAP Subject Matter Expert and has extensive experience with system audits, business and gap analysis, KPI Development (Cost, Reliability and Performance), master data development, configuration, blue printing, training development and delivery and cross module integration. Geoff specialises in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling with over 15 years experience in a hands on and consulting basis.

 

Clare Brown - Learning and Support Manager

Clare has been working within the maintenance industry for over 15 years.

She has been working with numerous companies, in various roles involved with planning, scheduling, management practices and solutions, business process definition, and training and development. Her mission is to deliver quality documentation and effective training on maintenance business processes and associated CMMS’s in an environment conducive to adult learning – in short a total maintenance support solution.
